Linda has been a partner at international law firm Pinsent Masons since 2001 and has been Head of Employment & Reward since 2015. She advises large multinational clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. In addition to her day job, Linda initiated and is leading Sky, a firm-wide project with the aim of achieving a better gender balance in the partnership and senior leadership team, which has given her an added insight into the challenges that businesses face in this area. She has been at the forefront of advising clients on the UK Gender Pay Gap Regulations and Shared Parental Leave regulations and has been quoted in the press on these and other diversity related topics.

Linda also led the acquisition of Brook Graham, the market leading global diversity & inclusion consultancy, which was acquired by Pinsent Masons last year in order to provide clients with a holistic approach to their D&I challenges, enabling them to go beyond legal compliance and address behaviour and culture change.
